ART CLASSES

 

Creating art is one of the most natural ways for a person to improve motor skills, observation skills, and to build confidence through self-expression.
 

Drawing & Painting  Classes for Ages 6-8 and 9-12
Students will learn the fundamentals of art; line, shape, texture, value, color, and perspective.  They will create their own personal portfolio with artworks created using a variety of mediums; pencil, colored pencil, marker, and watercolors.

Mixed Media  Classes for Ages 6-8 and 9-12

Students who have completed the Drawing & Painting Class are recommended to this class to broaden their experiences.  However, Drawing and Painting is NOT a pre-requisite.

Students are introduced to a wide range of art materials and disciplines while creating collages, sculpture, and printmaking.  They will create their own scrapbook portfolio with digital images of their artwork.

    ●  15 week session  (late enrollments accepted if class size permits)

    ●  60 minute weekly class

    ●  Classroom art supplies included

Supplies & Tuition:  $25 supplies fee is due at registration.  Tuition is $200 for the semester.  A monthly installment plan of $55 per month Sept - Dec is available for your budgeting convenience.
