PIANO, GUITAR, VIOLIN, VOICE
LESSONS: Our music program is an ANNUAL program. Enrollment is ongoing, so
there is no need to re-enroll each year. The $50 annual registration fee
will be charged automatically upon registration and thereafter on your
anniversary month. DRAMA KIDS SCHOOL-YEAR PROGRAM: This program runs from Sept through May, culminating in our end-of-year Spring Performance. We accept new registrations through January if space is available. The $30 annual registration fee will be charged upon enrolling each year. KINDERMUSIK CLASSES: Village, Our Time, & Imagine That sessions are 15 classes in length. Young Child is for 30 classes. Summer Camps are 5 lessons. Your enrollment is for the entire session, not by the month. Monthly installments are offered for your budgeting convenience. ART: Your enrollment is for the 15 week session, not by the month. PRIVATE PIANO,
GUITAR, VIOLIN, VOICE LESSONS: Stopping lessons requires only a 30-day paid
written notice by filling out a Withdrawal Form at the front desk during the
first week of the month. If 30-daywritten paid notice is not provided, the
account will continue to be due and payable. There are no refunds for missed
lessons. GROUP PIANO CLASSES: Students are expected to stay through the school year. If you are not committed to at least the school year, you should choose private lessons. DRAMA KIDS: This is a school-year long program. However, if you need to drop you must provide a 30-day written notice. You may fill out a Withdrawal Form at the Cy-Fair Music & Arts location. If you attend classes at a different location, you can send notice by email to DramaKidsTexas@aol.com, and you will receive an email confirmation of your request. If 30-daywritten paid notice is not provided, the account will continue to be due and payable. No withdrawals are accepted after February 15th when Spring Performance rehearsals begin. KINDERMUSIK: If you aren't completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending the first five classes (three in the summer), we'll refund or credit all of your tuition except for the cost of the Home Materials which are yours to keep and enjoy. Fill out the Kindermusik Satisfaction Guaranteed form at the front desk at Cy-Fair Music & Arts. If there is insufficient enrollment for a class to make, and there is no other suitable class time available, you will receive a complete refund. ART: Your enrollment is for the 15 week session. You are responsible for the semester tuition. There are no refunds except if there is insufficient enrollment for a class to make, and there is no other suitable class time available to you, in which case you will receive a complete refund. |

Makeup classes for Art, Drama
Kids, and Kindermusik are available IF there is availability in another
class without exceeding the class size limit, but they are not guaranteed. PIANO, GUITAR, VIOLIN, VOICE: One group makeup class is offered at the end of each semester for students who have missed a lesson.
