What's the difference between Kooky Cartooning and Fantastic Figures?

Kooky Cartooning focuses on anthropomorphized characters such as talking animals and objects, with an emphasis on expression and storytelling, while Fantastic Figures focuses on human figures, anime, superheroes, and comic-style drawing with human anatomy and proportions.

What will my child make?

Students create original characters, short comic strips, expression sheets, and finished illustrations, with selected work displayed in the annual student art show.

Is this an anime drawing class?

Fantastic Figures is more anime-focused, while Kooky Cartooning leans toward Western cartoon and storybook styles. Many students take both classes over time.

What age is right for cartooning?
