Ecuadorian soprano, Andrea S. has performed in numerous prestigious productions alongside renowned orchestras such as the Berliner Philharmoniker under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle, the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin, and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s under Pablo Heras-Casado. She holds a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from Westminster Choir College of Rider University and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Kentucky. In May 2019, Andrea was featured at the Ecuadorian Independence Day Ceremony at the Ecuadorian Consulate in Washington D.C. She also appeared as a guest artist at the First International Hispanic Song Festival Premios Capitolio, performing at the opening ceremony held at the Bolivian Embassy in Washington D.C. Currently, Andrea is pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Kentucky under the mentorship of Dr. Everett McCorvey, focusing on Latin-American Music with a special emphasis on indigenous languages.
